He resides in a crappy apartment, and his six-year younger boss treats him like an idiot. He also falls in love when his beloved gets killed by the Tokyo Manji gang. Nakamichi Hangaki’s only girlfriend, his school sweetheart Hinata Tachibana dies untimely at the villainous group’s hands. Just when he believes everything is finished for him, he somehow jumps back in time. When about to hit rock bottom, he suddenly leaps twelve years back to his middle school days. He now has the chance to turn the time in his favor. This allows him to make his life better; He can now turn his whole life around. He can save his love. The question that arises is, will he be able to save the love of his life. He can now save Hinata and change the life that he spent all these years. Till now, no official confirmation has been given regarding the cast members of the aime. However, in the live-action version of the manga, a glimpse of the cast was given. In the drama Takumi Kitamura would play Takemichi Hanagaki, Yuki Yamada as Ken Ryuguji, Yosuke Sugino as Naoto Tachibana, Nobuyuki Suzuki as Masataka Shimizu. The other cast for the show would be Hayato Isomura as Atsushi Sendo, Shotaro Mamiya as Tetta Kisaki, and Ryo Yoshizawa as Manjiro Sano.
