The Real Housewives franchise is expanding its spin-off series and this time it’s none other than Dubai. If you are a hardcore fanatic with all stuff related to the Real Housewives franchise, then it’s going to get even more interesting and dramatic. What a way to keep us entertained right?
The franchise now comprises 11 spin-off series in total, but the most recent installment, which is the first season of The Real Housewives of Dubai is the first-ever Bravo-led series that explores beyond the US. The launch of the first season had many fans more obsessed with this series and it seems they can’t get enough of it.
So the question that many of us want to know is, will there be a season 2 of The Real Housewives of Dubai? Here’s what we know so far.
Will there be a 2nd Season of The Real Housewives of Dubai?’
Sadly, Bravo has yet to declare whether or not The Real Housewives of Dubai will be back with a second installment.
However, we are optimistic that the popular series will return in the future. As of now, it’s too early to determine and most probably Bravo is trying to assess the reactions of the audience to the latest episodes before deciding to have another season run.
So, yes though fans need to wait a while for official updates, it’s most definitely that the series will indeed return with season 2.
The Real Housewives of Dubai Season 2 Release Date: When is it releasing?
The first season of The Real Housewives of Dubai was released on June 1, 2022, and is still ongoing. Bravo has not revealed the total of episodes, we can speculate that it will have between ten or thirteen episodes.
This spin-off series was formally declared back in November 2021. It’s unclear when filming commenced since the producers did not provide any updates. But it’s most likely that filming took place between fall 2022 to early 2022. So with that timeframe, fans need to wait patiently as we guess that the new season will only be put sometime in 2023.
The Cast of Real Housewives of Dubai Season 2
The Real Housewives of Dubai revolves around five participants, namely– Caroline Stanbury, Chanel Ayan, Sara Al Madani, Lesa Milan, and Nina Ali.
- The first participant, Caroline Stanbury appeared in a reality show, before finally debuting on the Real Housewives universe. Stanbury is the spouse of Sergio Carrallo, a famous footballer from Madrid.
- The second participant, Chanel Ayan, is a beauty specialist who operates a mastery agency and is also preparing to start makeup and skincare products. Ayan is also known as the first Black supermodel in Dubai, she is the spouse of Lucas Salves.
- The third contender, Sara Al Madani, is a renowned businesswoman in the industry who operates about 10 different firms. Having two failed marriages, she is now a single mom and is looking for love. Sara disclosed to WH that it took some time to adjust with the whole atmosphere while filming for the reality show. “I’ve been a public speaker for so many years and I’ve been on stages and around cameras , but I’ve never been around them in real life everywhere,” explained Sara. “In the beginning, it was a bit weird, but then the crew and production team made you feel so comfortable.”
- The fourth competitor, Lesa Milan, was born in Jamaica. Lesa is a fashion designer and is currently residing in Dubai with her family.
- The fifth participant, Nina Ali is a lifestyle specialist, a content creator and also owns a pastry shop. She is the spouse of Munaf Ali.
The Real Housewives of Dubai Season 2 Plot
Because the second season is yet to be renewed, it’s not known what would happen in the next season nor has anything been revealed by the showrunners. Each of the ladies has a strong personality and lives an extravagant lifestyle and it’s never boring to watch these five ladies of different personalities try to bring out something unique as they exactly know how to make the show more fun. But eventually, tension and clashes will stir amongst them sooner or later and we’re here for the drama.
