Star Wars: The Bad Batch is a popular animated series created by Dave Filoni which is a sequel to ‘The Clone Wars’. The series centers on Clone Force 99 also called The Bad Batch are the elite members of clone troopers who fight against the Galactic domain after the Order 66 incidents.
The first season was well appreciated by the audience and critics alike. A second season was officially renewed in August 2021.

He continued, “As the dedicated streaming home for the Star Wars franchise, we can’t wait for the second season of this fan-favorite animated series.”
Showrunner and executive producer Dave Filoni also thanked the fans while he was explaining the renewal status of the program.
“The entire Lucasfilm Animation team and I would like to thank Disney+ and our fans for the opportunity to continue telling the story of the Bad Batch.”
Star Wars: The Bad Batch Season 2 Release Date: When Is It?
We do know that a second season is scheduled to be launched sometime this year. However, no specific release date is provided so far.
On a happy note, viewers need not wait much longer for the premiere of the second season of Stars Wars: The Bad Batch as it’ll be dropped by spring of 2022.

What to Expect From Season 2 of Star Wars: The Bad Batch?
Speaking with The Convor Call, series composer Kevin Kiner indicated that viewers would get a glance at a little aged Omega in the upcoming season of The Bad Batch.
“I think we can say that Omega is a little bit older in Season 2 – not a lot,” he said. “There’s some really neat political storylines that I’m very excited for people to see… our direction is always genre.”
Kiner disclosed that he previously checked into John Williams’s creation while composing melody for the come back of Coruscant:
“I was just working this morning on a scene of Coruscant. It’s just an establishing shot, we’ve seen Coruscant a lot of different times, but I’m thinking to myself ‘I’ve really got to channel John [Williams] a little more than I’ve been doing right here,’ because it needs that feeling to it.”
Kevin Kiner hinted that more familiar cast will be featured in the upcoming season but did not reveal the names.
“There are some more people in Season 2, I’ll just give you that.”
Where Can I Watch Star Wars: The Bad Batch Season 2?
Season 2 of The Bad Batch will premier on Disney+ sometime in spring 2022.
