Popular American reality television series selling sunset is set to return with a new season. Adam Divello creates the Netflix series. The series intrigued the audience with its gripping plot. The series is making a massive comeback with season 4. Here is everything about the new release.
Selling Sunset Season 4: Release Date
The first season of Selling Sunset premiered on March 21, 2019. The show returned for a second season on May 22, 2020. The third season was released on August 7, 2020.
On March 10, 2021, Netflix declared openly that a fourth series has been commissioned officially. Well, we kind of saw it coming that the series would be renewed for a fourth series. Well, given the fact the reality show is very popular and fans love to see real fights and drama.
As of now, a specific release date has not been revealed but back in June 2021, Chrishell disclosed that new episodes will be dropped probably at the end of the year.
Quinn via Entertainment Tonight said that she was looking forward to the new season and that it would be out “by the end of the year.”
“It’s gonna be a good time. We hope the show will be out by then,” she said.
Selling Sunset Season 4: Cast
On May 26, 2021, Netflix revealed to the fans that “Selling Sunset fans, those Oppenheim couches are getting a little more crowded in Season 4. Vanessa Villela, a Mexican-American novela star turned real estate agent and Emma Hernan, an entrepreneur who has an interesting history with the ladies have joined the cast.”

Selling Sunset has added two more real estate agents to the show. The streaming giant has also confirmed that the whole existing stars would return. It was reported that Brett and other cast members have left the brokerage.
Christine revealed that “Brett has left to start his brokerage. It may be the battle of the brokerages! I think season four is going to be the juiciest season ever.”
Chrishell also dropped hints that a few others have departed from the brokerage but was reluctant to reveal the names. Speaking to Good Morning Britain back in September 2020, she said, “I’m not going to sugar coat it. We’re not all friends, we don’t all get along. But we try to. Some people have left, the brokerage has split, if the cameras picked up now, there’s a lot to pick up on.”
In October 2021, it was confirmed that Davina Potratz had left the show and joined a rival corporation. Davina declared that she’ll be shifting to Douglas Elliman in Beverly Hills. She revealed that the offered package was something which she couldn’t reject. Davina via People Magazine said, “I’m really excited to be a part of Douglas Elliman and their very sophisticated and global new development division,”
Selling Sunset Season 4: Plot
The show reveals how real estate brokers of Oppenheim group in Los Angeles, CA, juggle between multi-million-dollar listings and their whirlwind personal lives. The new season would show Brett Oppenheim and Davina Potratz, who has left the brokerage, make an appearance in the show. It would also showcase the Oppenheim group opening a second larger office and Jason Oppenheim selecting Heather Rae Young. Christine Quinn is pregnant, and her new life as a mom would be shown. The previous seasons of the show earned the series a spot in Netflix’s top 10 list shows. The show was also nominated for the Critic choice award in the Lifestyle home and garden category. The season tree wrapped Heather Rae Young getting engaged to HGTV star Tarek El Moussa. The previous two seasons also hinted at Mary Fitzgerald’s and Christian Quinn’s marriage. Season 4 is likely to showcase the wedding of the two. In the previous season, El Moussa was not allowed due to his contract with HGTV. However, a special agreement has been made for season 4, which would allow him to appear on the show without violating his contract. Davina Potratz would be seen leaving her post at Oppenheim fr rival group Douglas Elliman. The exact plot for the series has been kept under wraps.
According to Netflix, they’ll be back! So let’s wait and see. It’s going to be a “battle of the brokerages” as Christine stated.
