More new actors have been cast in the upcoming thriller “The Charisma Killers.” But Natasha Blascik’s name isn’t included, the actress could still be in negotiation to be cast in the film.
Filmmaker Michael Matteo Rossi is gearing up to work on his latest project titled “The Charisma Killers” after his 2021 hit “The Handler.” Important casting news has been revealed. The actors announced to be cast in the film include Vanessa Angel (”Kingpin”) and Vernon Wells (”Command). The thriller film will be helmed and penned by Michael Matteo Rossi and is scheduled to begin filming in October of this year. Casting for the upcoming movie has started and also includes Jordan James Smith, Jason Scott Jenkins, and Hoyt Richards.
The official logline describes: “When the old mentor of 7 killers finds out he has terminal cancer, he gives them all an opportunity at his fortune to prove themselves for one night only to exact revenge.”
“We are just beginning the casting process and it’s going extremely well and this film more than any other that I’ve done so far requires the utmost attention to the characters being played. I’m very excited to direct this one,” director Rossi notified in an official declaration.
Natasha Blasick is a Ukrainian actress born in Odessa, Ukraine on the Black Sea. The actress knows two languages; Russian and Ukrainian. She was raised in a Soviet-style flat that sheltered two families. Natasha marked her debut as the leading role in the 2009 movie “Death of Evil.” Natasha who’s the oldest among the three siblings is the first member of the family to follow acting as a profession.
Some of her credits include a leading role in the 2011 film “Notes from the New World,” adapted from Dostoevsky’s Memos From The Underground and showcased in festivals all over Europe. In the 2013 film “In The Black Russian” she journeyed to India to film the title role of Francesca, a Russian former patriot tangled in a dangerous game of love, and “Mockbuster Paranoid Activity 2” (2011) featured Natasha in a fight against an Alaskan poltergeist.
Natasha also won the swimsuit contest in the Mrs. World and featured as Sasha the secret agent in the 1965 “Days of Our Lives.” She also starred in “Meet the Spartans” (2008) and “Battle of the Bods” (2008). She had the opportunity to illustrate her comedic knacks doing sketches for a season of “MDN” (2004) and also on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” (2003).
The actress co-produced “Death of Evil”(2009) and “Vampiro” (2009). She also launched “Live In Your World,” in 2012 an EP of her label of pop-electronica music.
