Love Island USA: What’s the show about?

Love is in the air and so is the burning passion, Love Island USA is a show designed to evoke both sin and skin! It is based on a successful British TV series, wherein attractive singles are made to stay in a luxurious villa. With the sole purpose of falling in love, and um, emanating pheromones, this summer series (literally) heats up the TV screen and along with it the tentative desire!

According to the format of the show, participants have to create love connections and pair up in a “selection ceremony”. In a nutshell, the show is, basically, a reality dating series that bestows innumerable twists and turns – both in the plot, and umm… yeah, say no more! With each episode, hot and new singles are introduced and other contestants are eliminated. And, not to mention, the cup of drama filled up to the brim that these singles bring in (per CBS).

Once the pair is made, they need to remain together – and not decouple, when more tempting singles arrive with their perpetually steamy appeal and drama. Consequently, the pair who could captivate the hearts of the audience wins a prize of $100,000. * Spoiler alert * Season 3 ended with the sexy winning couple, Olivia Kaiser and Kore Gandy.

Love Island USA: When will season 4 premiere?

As of this writing, no official announcements have been made for the renewal or even cancellation for Love Island USA. However, we are affirmative that the makers will not cancel the show. Duh, like it won’t even make sense! The show was equally loved and appreciated by both the critics and the audiences. And so, we are pretty sure that we would get a renewal for season 4! But when we do not know.

CBS aired a promo during “Big Brother” announcing that Love Island USA applications for season 4 are being accepted. That leaves enough room for hope – and well, even certitude. It’s just that now we gotta wait (with bated breath) until an official update is made.

If you could hark back, you would remember that the show revealed the confirmation of the third instalment on Instagram, which wasn’t announced until late January. The caption read “I GOT A TEXT. Love Island is BACK for Season 3 and this time we’re saying aloha to Hawaii.”

Again, we haven’t received any official confirmation from the production team or the makers of the show. So, as of now, we do not know all are going to be a part of the star cast. For season 4, we can expect the entry of stunning singles with their dramatic lives and charming personalities. The cast for the next season will be better-vetted. Like in the last season, fans instantly fell in love with some of the late-comers, including Alana Paolucci and Wes Ogsbury. Besides, in addition to all the diverse, sexy singles, Matthew Hoffman, the comedic narrator might return. The show host, the bougie Arielle Vandenberg might return, too.
