Log Horizon is an anime adaption of Mamare Touno’s light novel series. Its first installment debuted in 2013 and was well-received by fans and critics alike. Later, the anime was renewed for another season, however, the sequel lacked in creating a gripping storyline. But this did not discourage fans to clamor a threequel to the anime series. Given its popularity in the isekai category, the creators ordered a third season of the anime, which kept the audience waiting till January 2021. Log Horizon Season 4 Release date
Log Horizon has been famous for its troubled production schedule. Its third installment had an October 2021 airing date, yet because of the halt in production across the world, the series makers announced a revised early 2021 date of premiere. Disappointingly, nearly a year has elapsed since then and the anime creators and Studio Deen have not made an official statement regarding when Log Horizon season 4 will be releasing. With that information in mind, fans cannot expect the next season any soon.
Season one of Log Horizon consisted of 25 episodes that aired from late 2013 to early 2014, and to the surprise of the fans, the sequel to the anime was aired in October the same year, and the anime enthusiasts did not hear any major announcements from the creators till awhile.

Log Horizon focuses on the story of a group of people who are transported to an alternate universe via an online RPG game, Elderly Tale. The protagonist of the story, Shiroe, is an anti-social and quiet boy, however, he takes the rein in his hands and helps his fellow players to escape from this fictional world and go back to their real lives. Season 3 gave us a reason to rejoice as Shiroe triumphed against Erenius, which led to the freeing of numerous trapped players. Besides this, Shiroe rebuffed Minori’s love proposal and further confessed that he has a love interest in Akatsuki, who looks up to Shiroe as her master.
There is speculation that season four will be titled on the book’s 14th Volume- Twilight Orphan.’ Given that there is a dearth of content material available, season four has multiple possibilities. The most probable one is The Log Horizon finding a way to protect their friend, Krusty. But the plot remains in the dark, as of now.
Log Horizon Season 4 Cast
Although no cast information for Log Horizon season 4, still it is safe to assume that the original voice cast of Log Horizon will return for another season.
