‘I Think You Should Leave with Tim Robinson,’ created by Tim Robinson along with Zach Kanin is an American sketch comedy show that aired on April 23, 2019, on the streaming giant, Netflix.
The sketches mostly center on a person creating an awkward blunder in a public or professional platform and, instead of acknowledging it, stubbornly trying to save face and justifies greatly that they are right and every one of them is wrong. The comedy series heavily showcases surreal and witty humor with some components of vulgar jokes.
The series has a huge fan following and received mainly positive reviews for its absurdly brilliant comedy perfection. Nevertheless, fans have been earnestly looking forward to the third season ever since the second season ended. Here’s everything you need to know about the forthcoming season.
The Release Date for Season 3 of I Think You Should Leave
As of now, Netflix is yet to renew the series for a third installment. The streamer usually takes some months to announce whether or not a series is deserving of a new season. However, following the huge success of the series, there’s no absolute reason for Netflix not to renew this incredible show.
The first season was released on April 23, 2019, while the second season was launched on July 6, 2021. Both seasons 1 & 2 had a total of six episodes.
So if renewed for a new season, we can expect the same number of episodes or more. Also, it’s most likely that the third season won’t be out until the end of 2022 or sometime in 2023.
The Cast of I think You Should Leave Season 3
I Think You Should Leave comprises comedy geniuses which makes the show even more chaotic, fun, and entertaining to watch. Tim Robinson, the brain behind this show, introduces several of his fellow SNL alums on the show which include Vanessa Bayer, Cecily Strong, and Will Forte. The first season also had Steven Yeun ( The Walking Dead) and Andy Samberg.
The second season was joined by new faces including John Early, Paul Walter Hauser, Bob Odenkirk, an SNL alum, and Patti Harrison who appeared in just two episodes in season 2. Harrison told via GQ, “It’s the thing that I get recognized for the most. People will scream “Santa brought it early” to me in public. It’s pretty aggressive.”
Similar faces who appeared on season 1 returned on season 2 as well including Connor O’Malley and Sam Richardson. If season 3 is renewed, it’s safe to assume that some guests who appeared in the previous two seasons are likely to return for the third season. However, this is yet to be confirmed.
