Hunting Atlantis is a docu-series that follows two experts Stel Pavlou and volcanologist Jess Phoenix travelling around the world from one place to another investigating and revisiting old tombs, unearthing buried cities, artefacts and geological disasters. The very idea of Hunting Atlantis has more or less intrigued philosophers and historians for thousands of years. It is also considered as one of the most unimaginable mysteries of the world today.
The series will air on Discovery Channel by Revelations Entertainment, along with executive producers James Younger, Kelly Mendelsohn and Lori McCreary. The first season of Hunting Atlantis premiered on June 2, 2021, on Discovery Channel.
In season one, the expedition of Stel and Jess led them to extraordinary and many unusual locations including the Black Sea where they uncovered a skeleton of 7,000 years old concealed in treasures, a mysterious Greek island that has a huge marble pyramid built on and by the looks of it, it was built by an advanced civilisation. Also, the Adriatic coast of Croatia has underwater relics from an ancient bridge system which will lead them to a legendary ancient lost city, a sinkhole that will most probably gulp down a whole city entirely.

What Will Be The Plot For Atlantis Hunting?
The expert’s duo will be leading Atlantis Hunting. Stel Pavlou joins the show after coming up with his own theory about Atlantis. The theory is about the destruction of Atlantis way back in the beginning of the fifth millennium BCE. Stel will be joined by Jess Phoenix, a volcanologist and an adventurer.
If we look at it, we have the ultimate duo for the show. Stel Pavlou will try to figure out whether his theory stands corrected or not, while we have Jess Phoenix, who has spent most of her life going out on adventures exploring volcanoes and studying them. She could be a great leader. Who could be a better person to ask when it comes to adventures other than Jess. The duo will go on adventures to uncover the sunken cities, unearthing the artifacts, and so on all in the hope of discovering and finding out the lost city of Atlantis.
