It’s been quite some time since speculations arose regarding a Fallout TV series or movie adaptation, and it looks like it’s finally happening. But what about Fallout 5? For that, patience is needed till you get your hands on the game.

The fourth game of Fallout was launched way back in 2015 and the recent series Fallout 16 was released in 2018. So, it is likely that another game from the Fallout series is in development. However, there is no formal information at the moment.

Currently, Bethesda has are hands tied working on other games like Starfield, Elder Scrolls 6, and Indiana Jones which is a new game. Henceforth, the only information we have right now is that Fallout 5 has already created one full page design document operating as a quick blueprint. To put it, one shouldn’t expect Fallout 5 to arrive anytime soon.

As of now, there are very few details but we’ve compiled all the latest speculations and leaks encircling Fallout 5 below.

Release date of Fallout 5: When is it?

When it comes to the release date of Fallout 5, the game developers are tight-lipped not to let out any details. But we do know that Bethesda is currently very busy working on the other said games. Starfield is scheduled to release this November, followed by the Elders Scrolls 6 which still hasn’t even commenced entire production yet, but as per leaks, it is set to be launched in 2024.

Coming back to the launch date of Fallout 5, fans should not expect Fallout 5 from the studio until 2025 so going to be a long wait but in the meantime, there are going to be two new much-anticipated releases on the above-mentioned games and of course, Indiana Jones as well since it’s a new game many are curious what the gameplay would be.

The other great news is, Fallout Television series has been licensed by Amazon Studios and will be produced by Kilter Films. The series executive producers are Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy of Kilter Films and joining them are Todd Howard, Director of Bethesda of Publishing James Altman.

Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy in a statement said “Fallout is one of the greatest game series of all time,” it starts. “Each chapter of this insanely imaginative story has cost us countless hours we could have spent with family and friends. So we’re incredibly excited to partner with Todd Howard and the rest of the brilliant lunatics at Bethesda to bring this massive, subversive, and darkly funny universe to life with Amazon Studios.” The series is in the pre-production phase at the moment. We can expect it to arrive sometime in 2023.

Fallout 5 Trailers

The official trailer is yet to be out. Bethesda could likely publish a teaser trailer as a sort of assurance to fans that Fallout 5 will arrive but must have to wait for a few years till it’s out.

Fallout Gameplay: What to expect? 

Fallout game will maintain the first-person standpoint and open-world of the previous titles, as the series discontinued its origins as an isometric setting years ago. In terms of gameplay, it’s difficult to predict what video game transformations could benefit. Nonetheless, Fallout 5 is expected to feature a vast map.

As for the story, nothing much is revealed but Todd Howard revealed that the studio has produced one full page on Fallout 5. So it seems like they have roughly drafted the story, setting, and themes alongside major gameplay tactics and notions they’ll need to execute. 

Supposing Bethesda prefers to concentrate on the east coast of America, we can guess that they’ll establish the upcoming game there. As per rumours, Florida and New York will be featured for future games, but this is yet to be confirmed. 

As previously mentioned, Bethesda is currently working on other game series and it’s definitely going to be a long wait for them to launch Fallout 5, however, several clues are pointing towards the upcoming game that there is a lot more work to be done till the developers announces anything regarding Fallout 5.
