The show Coroner is a Canadian mystery cop drama mainly based on a crime plot. The story follows a newly appointed coroner who investigates a series of mysterious and unusual deaths in Toronto, Canada. She travels to different places in order to investigate and unravel the mysterious puzzle.
The show coroner is based on the best-selling books of Jenny Cooper fictional novels written by M.R. Hall. The series is insanely popular and has a rating of 6.8 on IMBd.
Coroner has 3 seasons, although season 3 has not even been released yet. However, it was already announced that the third instalment have been confirmed and is coming soon on August 19, 2021. The first season was released in 2019 which was well received by viewers from around the world. Given the show’s massive success and popularity, there is a possibility of season 4.
When Is The Release Date Of Coroner Season 4?
As mentioned earlier, the series has only two seasons released. The third season is coming soon and so is season four, at least that’s what we’re all hoping for.
But so far, there is no information regarding the exact release date of coroner season 4, just that it will be released in 2022.
There’s still a long way to go for season four. So, for now fans should sit back and relax and wait for season 3 to be aired since season 4 won’t return until next year.
On 2nd June, CoronerCBC shared a tweet
confirming that there will be a season 4 which will have a total of 12 episodes.

Now that season 4 is coming in 2022, It is without a doubt that the new season is going to kill it and deliver us with an exceptional storyline.
Another tweet read: “we are back next winter for season 4”. As per the standard for the series that always aired the seasons either in January or in February of each year. We could expect the same trend for the next season if everything goes as per the plan.”
Cast Of Coroner Season 4: Who’s In It?
Serinda Swan who plays as Jenny Cooper will come back and as for the rest of the cast members it depends on the story line of season 3. Also, there might be new additions of cast members as well. We will have to find out what happens in season 3 first. It will air on 11th August.

With no proper information or any official statement released by the show’s makers, it is quite unwise to make predictions for season 4 especially when the third season’s not even released yet. But let’s just assume that the story will continue where they left off in season 3.
