The series Clarice explores in depth the secretive confidential tale of an FBI Agent, Clarice Starling (Breeds), as she returns to the field. Exactly a year after the hunt of a serial killer Buffalo Bill (Simon Northwood), she furnishes an inner light that brings out demons and madmen to her. Is the series “Clarice” cancelled?
Nope, the series Clarice hasn’t been officially axed off and is not expected to return any time soon. While it received the lowest ratings and was the least-watched show on CBS, it did get solid numbers when streaming on Paramount+. Perhaps it may get approval for season 2; who knows?

Clarice season 2 plot: What to expect?
As the series hasn’t received the green light for the second installment, the plot is yet to be revealed. However, in the previous season, we saw Clarice moving Agent Starling past two serial killers she’s rigorously related to, Buffalo Bill and Hannibal Lecter. For lawful purposes, Hannibal is never detected and only fleetingly spoken of by Clarice – thus, the show depicts Starling bearing with her lingering trauma. Besides, Clarice used Thomas Harris’ The Silence of the Lambs novel to broaden Starling’s backstory, formulating a family history that’s more tricky than she disclosed to Lecter.
