The original series of Apple TV+ “Loot” with its two seasons has successfully established a good viewership for itself. But with 2024 here, there are many who are counting days to know about the fate of the series. As they wish to know if there’s a third season coming or not. Apple TV+ series Loot and viewers’ expectation
The original series of Apple TV+ “Loot” has been quite loved by the viewers ever since it released in the year 2022. Post which after a lot of delay, the viewers were able to have a second season to watch on their screens in 2024. While that’s giving them hope for a season 3 as well.
Loot shares a story about a woman who has parted ways from her husband after two decades of their marriage. As post her divorce she goes on to do a lot of work with her big settlement amount. That brings her to unite with some charitable work and more too.
Season 2 of Loot has released this April and is continuing to air its new episodes every week. The next to be due on 10th and 17th April to watch but viewers before the wrapping up of the current season are already excited to know if the series is getting renewed for a third season or not. Is Apple TV+ to renew Loot with a season 3?
Despite some new episodes of Loot season 2 still to air. Viewers are already excited over the next season of the Apple TV+ series. So, are we getting a new season of Loot as well? Looking at the delay caused due to Hollywood strikes during season 2 filming. The season has come out late.
As such it’s way too early for a new season to be announced by Apple TV+. In fact, so far Apple TV+ hasn’t renewed Loot with a third season and hence the fate of the series seems doubtful for now. But does that mean it’s cancelled?
Well, the cancellation of the series hasn’t been announced too. It might be just too early to expect a new one right one. As after the success of season 2, the series may get a new season the green signal it is looking for. Currently, any update about a season 3 hasn’t been revealed.
If it indeed gets announced, then we may see the regular cast to be back that will include Maya Rudolph as the lead alongside Michaela Jaé Rodriguez, Joe Kim Booster, Ron Funches, Nat Faxon, Adam Scott and others.
We can only know about the third season plot of Loot once the second season wraps up. As that will leave clues for the next season’s story. Although, there’s been no announcement whether the story would be continuing with a new season or not as of now. But we do hope to know that soon.
