Acapulco is an English abbreviation of Spanish comedy-drama TV series that debuted on Apple TV+ on October 8, 2021. Created by Austin Winsberg, Eduardo Cisneros, and Jason Shuman is a true example of love and makes you guys fall for the series. Inspired by ‘How to Be a Latin Lover’, the series follows “Acapulco’s hottest resort, Maximo thinks he’s scored his dream job but quickly learns there’s more to it than he thought.”
It stars Eugenio Derbez, Enrique Arizona, Damián Alcázar, Camila Perez, and Raphael Alejandro as the lead star cast of the series.
The series is produced by Lionsgate Television, Zihuatanejo Productions, The Tannenbaum Company, and 3Pas Studios alongside Eugenio Derbez, Austin Winsberg, Chris Harris, Benjamin Odell, Eric Tannenbaum, Kim Tannenbaum, Eduardo Cisneros, Jason Shuman, Jay Karas, Paul Presburger, and Richard Shepard as the executive producers.
Will there be Acapulco Season 3?
In March 2022, the series was renewed for a second season, which premiered on October 21, 2022. As of November 2022, no announcement regarding the upcoming installment of the series is announced by the makers yet. All we can do for now is to wait unless the makers release an official update.

Acapulco Season 3 Release Date
As we discovered earlier, no news on the renewal of the third season is an official confirmation by the makers. Hence, we don’t have a specific release date. Nevertheless, if the production continues until June, the third season will most likely premiere on Apple TV in early 2023
Regardless, these are just speculations, nothing has been officially announced by Apple TV plus except for the renewal and the report.
