We were privileged to cover the WayHome Music & Arts festival for a SECOND consecutive year in 2016 and cannot wait for what Republic Live has in store for us this summer! Check out our coverage from last year here.

The WayHome Music & Arts Festival is a multi-day music and arts festival held in Oro-Medonte, Ontario, at Burl’s Creek Event Grounds between Barrie and Orillia. It was first held from July 24–26, 2015 with an announced 35,000 attendees. The event offers four stages: WayHome, WayBright, WayBold, and WayAway, as well as camping, food trucks, and art installations. It is produced by Canadian promotion company, Republic Live.

Rumoured Lineup

The buzz surrounding around the 2017 lineup is getting CRAZY! Over on the /r/WayHome subreddit, user cude3000 is CERTAIN he knows the headliners this year.

Artists such as Kendrick Lamar, Childish Gambino, Lorde and Chance the Rapper all seem to be the common names popping up on festival lineups across North America this summer and all theoretically could fit into WayHome’s schedule as well.
